2025 NomCom Leadership Team
Amir Qayyum – Chair
Amir Qayyum is a professor and the Dean of External Linkages and International Collaborations at the Capital University of Science and Technology in Islamabad, Pakistan. He received his doctorate in mobile wireless networks from the University of Paris-Sud, France.
Amir is the founding President and CEO of CoreNet Systems Ltd, as well as the founding Director of the Center of Research in Networks and Telecom. He is the project director of many national and international funded research and development projects in the domain of wired and wireless networks, as well as the local coordinator of many Erasmus Mundus and Erasmus Plus European projects. He is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Pak France Alumni Network (PFAN). In recognition of his services for academic and research collaborations, he was awarded the medal of "Chevalier dans l'Ordre des Palmes Académiques" by the Government of France.
Amir is also a philanthropist and actively involved in community service and social work. He is the chair of the Board of Trustees of Rifah Trust (focused on education, health care, and community service), and serves on the Board of Ehsas Trust (for education) and Meethi Zindagi Foundation (for health care of diabetic patients).
Amir has been involved with ICANN since 2012, initially as an ICANN Fellow, then as an ALS coordinator in APRALO. He served as a member of the ICANN Nominating Committee from 2015–2017, representing the Asia Pacific Regional At-Large Organization and the At-Large Advisory Committee. He is a member of the Root Server System Advisory Committee Caucus and has served as a member of the ICANN Nominating Committee from 2019–2022, as well as a member of the Fellowship Selection Committee from 2018 to 2022. He served as the Chair-Elect for 2023 NomCom and then Chair for 2024 NomCom.
Amir has been involved with the Internet Engineering Task Force since 1997 and was the co-author of an RFC on Mobile Ad Hoc Networks. He is one of the founding members of the Internet Society Islamabad chapter and was the Chair of its Board of Directors (2014–2019). He was on the Board of Directors for the Pakistan Internet Exchange (2015-2023). He has been actively involved with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) since 2004, and has also served as the Chair of the IEEE Islamabad Section (2017–2020), the Chair Professional Activities (2014–2016), and the IEEE Computer Society Islamabad chapter (2009–2014), as well as the Secretary and Treasurer of the section (2011–2013).
Thomas Barrett – Chair-Elect
Tom Barrett has been involved with DNS projects since 1995 and participated in the Green Paper discussions that led to the birth of ICANN in 1999.
Currently, Tom is the founder and President of the ICANN-accredited registrars EnCirca Inc. (c.2001) and Name Share Inc. (c.2003). Tom is also Founder of PW Registry Corp (c.2003) for the .pw cctld. Tom is also Founder of Altroots (c.2022), which provides blockchain and digital identity services.
Tom also serves on the Board of the DotAsia Registry and is the current Chair of the Web3 Working Group of the International Trademark Association.
Barrett was previously the CEO of corporate registrar NetNames, which he sold to NetBenefit, and Vice President at Thomson CompuMark (now part of Clarivate), where he led the development of the SAEGIS trademark research platform and Name Stake corporate registrar. He also previously engaged in Business Process Re-Engineering at Accenture and factory automation at General Electric Aircraft Engines and Pratt & Whitney Aircraft.
Barrett has engineering degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Worcester Polytechnic Institute and lives in Rockport, Massachusetts with spouse Colleen, where he is a member of the Town's Finance Committee, helping to oversee the town's $35m annual budget.
Vanda Scartezini – Associate Chair
Educated as an electronic engineer specializing in research and development management. Her career spans more than 40 years in management positions in the public and private sectors of the information and communications technology (ICT) industry. She is board-certified in both management and innovation and has held many board and chair positions, mostly in not-for-profit organizations. Nowadays is CEO of her ICT company, 38 years in the market, and Director of the Brazilian Software Companies Association with around 2000 members.
She has advised on, helped write, and implemented many core pieces of legislation across Brazilian commercial life, including laws on integrated circuits, information technology, software, copyrights, patents, and agricultural varieties. She owns two consulting companies dealing with ICT and data protection law, and she serves as the intellectual property and technology director for RASTRO, the authority manager for a cargo company's data platform. As a volunteer, is the Vice Chair of a local IT women's association called Nexti and a director of DNS Women, an international group for women's empowerment in the Domain Name System (DNS) industry.
Scartezini has had an illustrious public service career, serving twice as Brazilian National Secretary for Technology and National Secretary for Information Technology Policy, President of the Brazilian Patent Office, and as adviser to the Economic Development Secretariat for the São Paulo State Government. She has represented Brazil in international forums, including the World Intellectual Property Organization, the World Trade Organization, the United Nations, Mercosur, various Free Trade Area of the Americas negotiations, and regional agreements. She also led a World Bank project on e-waste and European–Mercosur e-commerce for small businesses.
In the private sector, among other positions, Scartezini has served as the Superintendent at Sid Microelectronic/Sharp group and as General Manager at Vertice Design House for 10 years. She has coordinated a group of companies to promote Brazilian Agri software and advised law offices and environmental companies on ICT issues. She has helped various ICT companies to set up their manufacturing plants in Brazil and helped local small and medium enterprises absorb transferred technologies.
She started as ICANN's volunteer in 2002, besides working as member of several CCWG, has served as a GAC member and vice chair; Board member twice, chairing Audit and Reconsideration committees and member of several others; ALAC vice-chair and four times as Lacralo member; SSAC member; Nomcom member five, twice as Chair and once as Associate chair. In 2022 received the ICANN Community Excellence Award.

Arinola Akinyemi (GNSO-Commercial and Business Users Constituency)
Arinola Akinyemi is a successful entrepreneur and leader with over 29 years of experience in the tech industry. Her exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and innovative problem-solving skills have made a lasting impact.
As CEO of DigiSphere Limited and Omar Ventures Limited, and Founder/President of DigiSphere Centre for Digital Creativity (DCDC), Arinola advocates for ICT-driven development and economic growth. She focuses on digital inclusion and empowerment in Africa, driven by excellence, teamwork, and innovation.
Arinola's leadership roles include Vice Chair (West Africa) of Africa ICT Alliance (AfICTA), Board Member and Sub-Committee Chair of AfICTA (2015-2018), and National Treasurer of Information Technology (Industry) Association of Nigeria (ITAN) (2007-2011). She is also a member representative of Internet
Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) Business Constituency (BC) since 2015.
Her expertise includes project management, outsourcing, network design, capacity development, resource management, renewable energy, data security, and IT policy advocacy. Arinola holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Electronics from Lagos State University and a Mini MBA from Tekedia Institute.
With her experience and knowledge, Arinola inspires and empowers individuals and organizations. Her commitment to excellence has earned her recognition as a tech industry leader.
Humberto Carrasco (ALAC-LAC)
Humberto Carrasco is a lawyer, holding a law degree from the Universidad Austral de Chile, an LLM in Company Law from Universidad del Desarrollo, and an LLM in Computer and Communications Law from Queen Mary University of London. He also earned a PhD from The University of Edinburgh.
He currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Universidad Católica del Norte – Chile, specializing in Civil, Commercial, and Economic Law. Additionally, he has authored numerous articles in academic journals, contributed to book chapters, and published a book titled 'IT Law: Electronic Contracts and System Supply Contracts.' He is a frequent speaker at various conferences.
His areas of expertise include Commercial Law, Telecommunications Law, Consumer Law, Antitrust Law, Intellectual Property, and Information Technology.
Humberto Carrasco is the General Secretary of the Law and Information Technology Association of Chile (ADI-Chile). He previously served as the Secretariat (2014–2016) and President (2016–2018) of the Latin American and Caribbean Islands Regional At-Large Organization (LACRALO). From 2018 to 2020, he was a member of the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) at ICANN. He has also held the position of Vice-President of ISOC Chile.
Currently, he is the Dean of the Faculty of Legal Sciences at the Universidad Católica del Norte.
Ching Chiao (GNSO-Commercial and Business Users Constituency)
Ching has founded, worked for, and invested in businesses on both sides of the Pacific. He has vast, hands-on experiences in the DNS, mobile Internet, SaaS, big data, blockchain, and cybersecurity sectors. He is currently the Head of APAC & Global Partnership at Whois API Inc., a California-based company that helps strengthen the Internet's architecture against cyber threats and attacks. He collaborates directly with major cybersecurity firms and law enforcement agencies in APAC and around the world, offering best-in-class DNS/IP data visibility and predictive threat intelligence.
Ching began his career in 2000 with the NYC-based Register.com, one of the earliest, privatized domain name registrar in the market. Following that, he consecutively worked for or supported multiple cc/gTLD registries for more than fifteen years. In 2013 he established a digital brand protection company in Hong Kong, spearheading the acceptance and popularity of the New gTLD among publicly traded multinational corporations in the Greater China region. Ching has also served various leadership positions in the ICANN SOs / ACs since 2006, including four years on the GNSO Council (appointed by RySG) and three years on the ccNSO Council (as NomCom appointee). He was one of the co-chairs of the CCWG Auction Proceeds which provided a roadmap for the ICANN Grant Program. Additionally, Ching involved in APAC Internet development and capacity-building activities while he served as the Chair of Asia Pacific Networking Group (APNG) and as the Vice President / Board Director of DotAsia between 2006 to 2015.
Ching joined the ICANN Business Constituency in early 2023. He remains a dedicated advocate for a secure and interoperable Internet and the ICANN multi-stakeholder model. In recent years, Ching has been frequently invited to speak to corporate executives and government authorities about DNS intelligence and cybersecurity challenges and opportunities. He continues to advise and invest in early-stage startups in blockchain and AI spaces. Ching earned his MBA from SUNY-Binghamton and currently resides in the U.S. and Taiwan.
Eduardo Diaz (ALAC – NA)
Eduardo Díaz is a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer, Broadband Planning Specialist with Connected Nation, Inc.
Eduardo Díaz is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology (GaTech) with a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Science of Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Design and Electronics. Master in Computer Science in-house certificate through AT&T Bell Labs.

Jothan Frakes (GNSO-Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG)
Jothan Frakes is serving as the NomCom representative for the Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG). Jothan currently is owner/CEO of PLISK.COM[plisk.com], known for his enthusiasm for domain names and our industry, his work on the Public Suffix List (PSL), and for being a co-founder of NamesCon. Jothan is a member of the Security and Stability Advisory Committee, and recently served two 2 year terms as Vice-Chair, Technical Operations of the Registrar Stakeholder Group in 2020 and 2022. Where he also was co-chair of CPH TechOps. He has also served as RrSG rep to the GNSO Standing Selection Committee (SSC). He's held a variety of founder or senior executive roles with registries and registrars since first working with domains in 1991. His term concludes at the AGM 2024
James Gannon (GNSO-Non Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC)
James Gannon is a recognized expert in Internet governance, digital trust, and the intersection of technology and policy within highly regulated industries. Currently, as Vice President of Quality, Trust & Safety at PharmaLedger Association (PLA), James oversees the governance and compliance aspects of an open-source ecosystem focused on healthcare technology innovation. He is critical in building secure, trustworthy platforms for the biopharma industry, aligning PLA's projects with international regulations.
James has a long-standing involvement with ICANN, having served as Chair of the Board of Public Technical Identifiers (PTI), where he contributed to ensuring the stability and reliability of Internet identifiers through his leadership of the IANA functions. His governance expertise was further demonstrated as a member of the GNSO Council, the Customer Standing Committee, SSR2 Review Team, and as a liaison to the first IANA Naming Function Review. He also played a significant role in the IANA Stewardship Transition, leading design teams tasked with reshaping the global management of the Internet's naming and numbering functions.
Eyitayo Iyortim (Country Code Names Supporting Organization (ccNSO)
Eyitayo Iyortim is a Psychologist, Human Resource Management Specialist, and IT Project Manager whose career spans over 25 years in software development, project management, learning and development, ICT sales and operations, organisational development and talent management. Eyitayo currently serves as the President, Africa Top Level Domains Organisation (AfTLD) contributing to the development of African ccTLDs. Between 2018 and 2023, she served as Chief Operating Officer of the Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NiRA), managers of .ng and a member of the Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) of the Nigeria Internet Governance Forum (NIGF). She also served as member, Board of Trustees of the Ndukwe Kalu Foundation (NKF), the Meetings Planning Committee (MPC) of the ccNSO and on the Local Organising Committee of the Africa Internet Governance Forum 2023 (AfIGF23). Between 2008 and 2015, Eyitayo served as a Senior Industry Advisor, Project Manager and Education Account Manager for SAP in West Africa.
She has an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the Alliance Manchester Business School and is currently working on her MPA with a focus on policy development. She is a certified ICT Project Manager, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Ability and Personality Test User, and Life Coach. She is a member of the Internet Society (ISOC), Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN) and associate member American Psychological Association (APA).
Eyitayo serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Fatimah Balaraba Foundation, an organisation focused on the empowerment of women and the education of the girl-child. She is the Chief Experience Officer of Talent Urbanity Limited, an organisational development start-up which provides recruitment, strategy and leadership development, and change management services to organisations in Nigeria's public and private sector. In her spare time, she is a practising Life Coach and Therapist at Whetstone Coaching. She is also a Minister of the gospel who hosts a Bible Study for women called Regenerate and runs a mentoring programme for women known as Carmel.
Anne Marie Joly – At-Large Community (ALAC)-EUR
Anne-Marie Joly-Bachollet represents E-senior, an At-Large Structure (ALS) within EURALO and AFNIC. E-senior is committed to combating e-exclusion by providing seniors and people with disabilities access to, and training in, information and communication technologies (ICT). The association's mission focuses on:
- Bridging the digital divide between generations,
- Reducing isolation among seniors, and
- Expanding opportunities for seniors to effectively use their free time.
E-senior also plays an active role in European projects, advocating for the needs and interests of senior end-users in the digital space.
In addition to her work with E-senior, Anne-Marie serves as Vice Chair of ISOC France, where she leads initiatives for the inclusion of seniors in the digital world. She has contributed to the French Internet Governance Forum (IGF) and participated in several global IGF events.
Anne-Marie was a member of the EURALO Board from 2019 to 2023 and has been an active participant in ICANN and EURALO meetings for over a decade. From 2020 to 2023, she served as a delegate to the ALAC Subcommittee on Appointee Selection (AASC). She is currently involved in the EURALO ALS Engagement Working Group and the Constituency and Public Policy Working Group (CPWG).
With a strong professional background in human resources within a major international organization, Anne-Marie brings extensive experience in executive recruitment, leadership, and organizational management to her various roles in the Internet governance community.
Dave Kissoondoyal – At-Large Community (ALAC-AF)
Dave Kissoondoyal is a highly respected professional with over 35 years of expertise in cybersecurity, telecommunications, and networking, holding senior positions such as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He possesses an MBA in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Surrey.
These academic achievements have provided him with a strong foundation in both business strategy and technological innovation, enabling him to successfully lead large-scale projects and manage complex digital infrastructures that position organizations at the cutting edge of technology and cybersecurity advancements.
Dave has been actively engaged in the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) process since Geneva 2003 and Tunis 2005, contributing to discussions on internet governance. Since his initial nomination to the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) by the Nominating Committee (NomCom) in 2009, Dave has remained deeply involved in the ICANN community, serving as a Member of ALAC until November 2023.
As a member of the ALAC Leadership Team (ALT) and various working groups, Kissoondoyal has been instrumental in shaping global internet governance policies that emphasize security, inclusivity, and accessibility, particularly for underserved regions such as Africa. His dedication to advancing internet policy extends to his work as President of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) of Mauritius, where he advocates for the local community's needs in global internet discussions.
In addition to his technical and governance expertise, Kissoondoyal has made significant contributions to civil society. He is committed to youth development and community service, notably founding the Celtic Youth Club in Mauritius. His commitment to civic engagement and public service has earned him nominations for the prestigious Most Outstanding Young Person award for the Republic of Mauritius in both 1996 and 2003. These accolades reflect his deep commitment to empowering youth, promoting community development, and advocating for an open and fair internet. His career stands as a testament to his technical proficiency, leadership in internet governance, and unwavering dedication to social responsibility.
Louie Lee (Address Supporting Organization (ASO)
Louie Lee / 李景雲 has occupied leading positions in network operations since 1995. As the Numbers Administrator and Interconnection Manager at Google Fiber, he is assisting in the buildout of a national ISP to bring broadband to the homes in the U.S. Prior to his current employment which began in 2015, Louie built the Internet Exchanges at Equinix (where he spent 15 years), and operated Netcom On-Line Communications' network (later ICG Communications) for several years before that.
Louie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis. His plans to enter into the health sciences field were permanently interrupted by his hobby-turned-career.
Louie has served on the ICANN Address Supporting Organization from 2004 to 2018 where he held the chair position for 9 years. During that time, he was the ASO-appointed member of ICANN's first Accountability and Transparency Review Team.
Charles Mok – At-Large Community (ALAC)-AP
Charles Mok is a Research Scholar at the Global Digital Policy Incubator of the Cyber Policy Center at Stanford University, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Internet Society, and a board member of the International Centre for Trade Transparency and Monitoring. Charles served as an elected member of the Legislative Council in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, representing the Information Technology functional constituency, for two terms from 2012 to 2020. In 2021, he founded Tech for Good Asia, an initiative to advocate positive use of technology for businesses and civil communities. As an entrepreneur, Charles co-founded HKNet in 1994, one of the earliest Internet service providers in Hong Kong, which was acquired by NTT Communications in 2000. He was the founding chair of the Internet Society Hong Kong, honorary president and former president of the Hong Kong Information Technology Federation, former chair of the Hong Kong Internet Service Providers Association, and former chair of the Asian, Australiasian and Pacific Islands Regional At-Large Organization (APRALO) of ICANN. Charles holds a BS in Computer and Electrical Engineering and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
Pete Resnick – Internet Architecture Board (IAB) for Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF)

Independent consultant advising on engineering, legal, and policy issues in Internet technology and standardization.
Pete has been working with the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) for over 30 years. In the IETF, he has authored many Internet protocol documents, mostly in the area of Internet e-mail, as well as policy and procedures documents. He has chaired assorted Working Groups and Birds-of-a-Feather sessions, served on the Internet Architecture Board (IAB) from 2004 to 2006, served as the Area Director for Applications on the Internet Engineering Steering group (IESG) from 2011 to 2015, and currently serves as a chair of RFC Series Working Group and as a member of the IETF Ombudsteam. Pete was an invited expert for two ICANN SSAC documents regarding IDN reviews in ccTLDs and use of Emoji in domain names. He has also had involvement through the IAB and IESG with ISOC, ITU-T, and IGF.
Pete holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and an master's degree in Philosophy and Computer and Systems Sciences from Binghamton University in New York. He was a doctoral student in Philosophy at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Urbana, Illinois (where he still lives), but left the program to join Qualcomm, where he worked for 24 years as an engineer in the Office of the Chief Scientist and the Standards and Industry Organizations Division.
In addition to his consulting work, Pete is a SCUBA diving instructor and avid diver and enjoys tai chi ch'uan (太極拳).
Mike Rodenbaugh – GNSO - Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC)
Mike Rodenbaugh owner - Rodenbaugh Law LLC, represents a wide variety of clients from all over the globe, in all matters relating to domain names, trademarks, copyrights, and other forms of intellectual property, and in e-commerce, licensing and marketing transactions and dispute resolution efforts. I am an expert in trademark and domain name law, and highly experienced in the domain name industry. I am an arbitrator of domain name disputes, and have extensive experience mediating and litigating international and domestic commercial disputes
Matthew Thomas – Security and Stability Advisory Committee (SSAC)
Matt Thomas is a fellow at Verisign. His research focuses on numerous aspects of internet security, stability, and resiliency, including distributed denial-of-service attacks, domain name abuse, miscreant behavior within the Domain Name System, and large-scale measurements and evolving trends in internet architecture.
In his role as fellow, Matt is responsible for supporting an array of activities across the company, including data-driven analytical functions for Verisign's value-added services, supporting internal research initiatives, external engagement, and supporting critical data analysis efforts. He has more than 20 years of experience working with large, distributed data collection and analysis systems.
Prior to joining Verisign in 2008, Matt worked as a software engineer at AT&T. He was responsible for designing and implementing a distributed data collection system that measured and analyzed the operational performance of systems and services throughout the world.
Matt currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Messaging, Malware and Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group. He is also an active member of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers' Security and Stability Advisory Committee. Matt has authored more than 10 peer-reviewed publications and has been awarded more than 15 patents from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and Certified Hadoop Developer.
Matt holds a Master of Science in information systems and technology, and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from The Johns Hopkins University.
Nitin Walia – GNSO-Internet Service Providers & Connectivity Providers Constituency (ISPCP)
Nitin Walia is seasoned professional and a daring leader with an extensive 25-Year of Experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry. Nitin is Director in several Data Groups Technology companies, such as Data Xgen Technologies, which developed the first Made In India email software that was fully EAI-ready and serves over 50 million users globally, and Data Ingenious Global Limited one of the first Private Class A ISP started in India in 1999, company also renowned for delivering multiple award-winning IT projects throughout India which includes staffing of technical resources on various government IT projects. He is an active member of the global Internet community and achieved global recognition.
Nitin has been a staunch advocate for addressing the digital divide, Universal Acceptance (UA), Email Address Internationalization (EAI), and Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs). He is a fervent supporter of emerging technologies and emphasizes the incorporation of local languages and scripts in the digital landscape. Nitin has been involved with ICANN for more than a decade now. Inside the ICANN Community, he holds the position of Chair for SPIRT Charter Drafting Team (GNSO), Vice Chair for the Universal Acceptance Steering Group (UASG) within ICANN's Working Group and he also serves as the Vice Chair for the EAI Working Group of UASG. Nitin's contributions further extend to ICANN's Neo Brahmi General Panel member for generating Label Generation Rules (LGRs), participation in the IGF's Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG), and in IS3C WG 5, he is also member of GNSO Policy Recommendation Drafting Team EPDP (Expedited Policy Development Process) on Internationalized Domain Names. His involvement extends to the NASSCOM Product Council, where he played a pivotal role in the development of a Model RFP template for Software Products procurement under NPSP in India. He has profound expertise in the Names and Numbers area. His exceptional ability to foster trust-based relationships and overcome barriers between teams and businesses sets him apart in the industry.

Josu Waliño – GNSO-Registry Stakeholder Group (RySG)
Josu Waliño Pizarro holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and a Master's in Project Management from Mondragon University. He is currently the CEO of PUNTUEUS, managing the .EUS Top Level Domain to promote Basque culture and language online. Additionally, he serves as the Vice-chair of the GeoTLD.Group, supporting geographic and community TLDs and has been actively involved within the domain name industry since 2014.
For over 25 years, his career has been focused on technology and innovation projects aimed at advancing the Basque language in the digital realm. He is a member of the Digital Environment working group within the Advisory Council on the Basque Language of the Basque Government, and was the founder of Eleka Ingeniaritza Linguistikoa, a company specialized in linguistic engineering. He has also been the Director of Projects and Innovation and an executive member at Elhuyar, an organization devoted to the development of science and technology in the Basque Country. Furthermore, Josu has served as the President of Langune, the cluster of language industries in the Basque Country, where he fostered collaboration and growth within the sector.

Erum Welling is a visionary technology leader with 20+ experience in emerging technologies and cybersecurity. Her distinguished work experience includes serving as Technology Advisor to the Executive Office of the President, under the Obama Administration and as Deputy Head of Delegation (HoD) for the United States at United Nations meetings on AI, Cloud, Metaverse, Future Networks, and all-layers of Cybersecurity.
Erum Welling is a Senior Executive Fellows Program graduate from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and holds a 4-year Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Maryland. Erum also holds premier certifications in cybersecurity and project management: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Project Management Professionals (PMP).
