Associate General Counsel
Erika Randall joined ICANN as Counsel in 2013. As a member of the legal team, she is responsible for the drafting and negotiation of contracts, general transactional legal advice and developing strategic processes for a wide range of transactions. Prior to working at ICANN, Erika was an Associate Attorney — Government and Public Law at Meyers Nave Riback Silver &amp;amp; Wilson, PLC. She also served as an Associate Attorney — Real Estate and Environmental at Gibson, Dunn &amp;amp; Crutcher, LLP. Erika obtained her BA in Economics from Yale University and her JD from Duke University School of Law. During the course of her studies, she studied abroad at William and Mary School of Law in Madrid, Spain. Erika is proficient in Spanish and speaks basic Portuguese. She is also in the process of learning French.
