It is important that people understand how to use the complaint system for the ICANN Ombudsman. Many find me using the ticketing system, and you can go there directly at https://omb.icann.org/portal/complaint.php. Sometimes people just email me at email@example.com which works too. I receive complaints other ways too-sometimes even by mail. But while I welcome enquiries it is a very good idea to check what I can, and cannot look after.
