It is important that people understand how to use the complaint system for the ICANN Ombudsman. Many find me using the ticketing system, and you can go there directly at https://omb.icann.org/portal/complaint.php. Sometimes people just email me at ombudsman@icann.org which works too. I receive complaints other ways too-sometimes even by mail. But while I welcome enquiries it is a very good idea to check what I can, and cannot look after. So do look at this page http://www.icann.org/en/ombudsman/contact2.htm which will help you know if I can help or not.

You will always get a reply even if it is an apology for not being able to help!
