It is important that people understand how to use the complaint system for the ICANN Ombudsman. Many find me using the ticketing system, and you can go there directly at Sometimes people just email me at which works too. I receive complaints other ways too-sometimes even by mail. But while I welcome enquiries it is a very good idea to check what I can, and cannot look after. So do look at this page which will help you know if I can help or not.
