The first international conference on ODR and consumers began this morning in Vancouver. The meeting has brought together a wide range of practitioners, academics, judges, ODR systems builders, lawyers, statesmen, and UDRP experts for a two day session to discuss the use of online technologies to address cros border consumer disputes.
