As you know, during ICANN61 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the ICANN organization was made aware of possible issues with our Adobe Connect services. In an abundance of caution, we took immediate action and deactivated Adobe Connect services – both for external and internal use.
We continue to work with CoSo Cloud LLC, our cloud service provider of Adobe Connect, and Adobe, the publisher, on investigating the exact nature and impact, if any, of the reported issues. This is a complex process and it may take weeks, but we will provide an update on the investigation when we know more.
In the meantime, we have obtained a few trial licenses for WebEx and Zoom that ICANN org will be using in the interim to facilitate meetings with the community. We have asked these individuals to solicit feedback from the community during the trial period, which will help us decide which interim solution best fits our needs.
