The Office of the Ombudsman is hosting a two day seminar on Ombudsman evaluation. The seminar is attended by practitioners from the Alberta Ombudsman, LA World Airports Ombudsman, the Ombudsman of the Fiji Islands, and the University of California. Five externs from Pepperdine University attended the seminar and a one day orientation to ICANN. These externs will complete 660 hours of extern activity, assisting the Ombudsman to conduct a summative evaluation of the Office during its fifth year of operation.
