At Monday's opening ceremony, ICANN President and CEO Fadi Chehadé highlighted the work of Contractual Compliance. "Remarkably, not surprisingly, 98% of registries and registrars are fully compliant with their contracts." As Fadi mentioned, our team is focused on ensuring contracted parties are compliant with their contracts, and now, we have the ability to share that information through our site.
After a combined effort from members of the Contractual Compliance team and our colleagues on the Web Team, I'm pleased to unveil the Contractual Compliance Online Dashboard. This monthly dashboard presents data on the complaint volume, the process volume and the turnaround times for the registrars, registries and for ICANN Contractual Compliance staff.
We have been using this data in our offline reports and in ICANN meeting presentations for over one year. The data is now available to the public and accessible through ICANN.org.
This dashboard strengthens ICANN's commitment to transparency and accountability.

Also this week, ICANN announced the appointment of Allen Grogan as Chief Contract Compliance Officer, overseeing Contract Compliance and Safeguards. In his new position, Grogan will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Fadi Chehadé, and he becomes a member of ICANN's Global Leadership Team. He has served as ICANN's Chief Contracting Counsel since May 2013. We are excited to have him as a member of our team.
