To the ICANN Community:
On March 8 ICANN requested feedback from the community regarding whether attendees' plans to travel to the ICANN meeting in Rio de Janeiro would be affected in the event of the outbreak of war.
The overwhelming majority of respondents said that their plans to travel would not be affected, although a couple indicated that they would need to wait to see what transpired.
ICANN is planning to hold the meeting as scheduled. We will, however, monitor conditions carefully to determine whether events require any further announcements.
