The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is hosting the ICANN78 Annual General Meeting, 21–26 October 2023 in Hamburg, Germany. The schedule for the hybrid event, which will accommodate both in-person and virtual participation, is now available on the ICANN78 Annual General Meeting website.

In addition to the business that will be conducted during the meeting, ICANN will celebrate its 25th anniversary with several sessions dedicated to recognizing ICANN's quarter century of success.

The meeting will take place during regular working hours in Hamburg, Germany (UTC+2/Central European Summer Time). In-person attendees must register by 20 October. Virtual participants can register through 26 October.

ICANN is committed to ensuring that all participants have an equal experience, whether they attend the meeting in person or remotely. For individuals who are not able to travel to the meeting, various remote participation options are available to allow everyone to engage in the discussions.

There will be ample opportunities to network and collaborate during the ICANN78 Annual General Meeting. Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of them to meet with colleagues and make new connections.

To get ready for ICANN78, join Prep Week from 9–11 October 2023.

You will still need to log in to your previous account or sign up for a new account. Learn how to use Sched and personalize your schedule or export the meeting's entire event schedule.

About ICANN

ICANN's mission is to help ensure a stable, secure, and unified global Internet. To reach another person on the Internet, you need to type an address – a name or a number – into your computer or other device. That address must be unique so computers know where to find each other. ICANN helps coordinate and support these unique identifiers across the world. ICANN was formed in 1998 as a nonprofit public benefit corporation with a community of participants from all over the world.
