Tanzanica King and Josh Baulch from ICANN's Meeting Team discussing the new meeting strategy.

ICANN56 in Helsinki is a meeting of firsts for ICANN and the community. It is the first ICANN Public Meeting for the new President and CEO, Göran Marby. And it is the first Meeting B in the Future Meetings Strategy. As we enter into the last day of ICANN56, we need to hear what worked, what didn't work, and where we can improve.

Please join us on Thursday at "ICANN56 Wrap-Up and Planning Ahead for ICANN57" from 17:00–18:30 in Hall A. At the session we'll do a live polling exercise and Q&A to gauge what you thought of the meeting.

In the new strategy developed by the Meeting Strategy Working Group, Meeting B is a policy forum. Sessions are limited to policy work and outreach, with the Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees taking the lead in organizing the program. Sessions focus on current policy development work and cross-community dialogue with other constituencies. At a Meeting B, you will not find a welcome ceremony, high-interest topics, public forum or public Board meeting.

Meeting B | 4-Day Format

Whether or not you can join us tomorrow, we encourage you to submit your thoughts on the new meeting strategy and how it worked at ICANN56. Just use the ICANN56 mobile app – access "Feedback" on the home screen and fill out the short ICANN56 survey.

Your feedback is important. We look forward to hearing from you tomorrow!
