The MSR-6 should have included the characters being used in ethnic minority languages, i.e. U+17DD ( ៝). Please refer to the Bunong dictionary available at https://icc.org.kh/download/Bunong-Khmer_Bilingual%20_Dictionary.pdf. This character is being in ways that similar to two letters currently covered in MSR-6, i.e. U+179D (ឝ) and U+179E​(ឞ). If these two are in MSR-6, U+17DD should be in too.
