The comments provided in the attached document's table are a means of strengthening a well-formulated plan by encouraging some changes in grammar and syntax, formatting, providing definitions to some terms, and making certain commitments more action-oriented and less passive.

The strategic plan is generally well-focused and broad enough to allow flexibility in its implementation. However, I strongly recommend incorporating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in areas where outcome reporting may be challenging. Without clear metrics, it will be difficult to determine whether specific strategic goals have been achieved, which in turn limits the ability to refine or improve the strategy over time.
