Public Comment is a vital part of our multistakeholder model. It provides a mechanism for stakeholders to have their opinions and recommendations formally and publicly documented. It is an opportunity for the ICANN community to effect change and improve policies and operations.

I welcome the quality and clarity of the Draft North America Engagement Plan and its alignment with ICANN’s FY 26–30 strategic framework. In looking at the deliverables, how will ICANN measure progress toward each of the strategic goals in this plan, and will specific KPIs be defined for each proposed engagement activity across the three strategic objectives?
I strongly encourage the plan to include clearly‑defined KPIs tied to each strategic goal.
