1. Overall, do the Reference LGRs meet their goal of defining Internationalized Domain Name (IDN) labels for the language or script that are suitable for the second level?
Yes
2. In your view, are there any technical changes required for any specific Reference LGRs? Please list the script or language LGR with the changes needed, reasoning why.

N/A

3. Do you have any additional observations or suggested changes?

Despite the provisions in the proposal for Bangla, there is a long-standing concern regarding the incorporation of atomic versions of three decomposed characters in the LGR document, namely য় YYA (U+09DF), ড় RRA (U+09DC), and ঢ় RRHA (U+09DD). It is strongly recommended that these characters be used in the Bangla LGR instead of the decomposed characters, "য"YA (U+09AF)+”়”Nukta (U+09BC), "ড"DDA (U+09A1)+”়” Nukta (U+09BC), and "ঢ"DDHA (U+09A2)+”়” Nukta (U+09BC).

We would like to raise a flag on this issue and cordially request that the Bangladesh Standard on Bangla language issues be followed.

Furthermore, we express our readiness to provide support to the ICANN, IDN, and LGR team in making a decision.
