Dear Mr. Touton:

As I stated in my letter to you of September 11, 2002, we have addressed each of the 17 domain name registrations that you referenced in your September 3, 2002 letter to the Network Solutions registrar.

The final disposition on each of the noted domain name registrations follows:

1. yorkstreethardware.com: The registrant has updated their domain name registration record.

2. kokorouta.net: This domain name registration was deleted.

3. dundjerski.com: The registrant has updated their domain name registration record.

4. internic-backbone.org: The registrant has updated their domain name registration record.

5. sunnyside.com: The registrant has updated their domain name registration record.

6. jaxx.net: The registrant has updated their domain name registration record.

7. visosite.com: This domain name registration was deleted.

8. fufus.com: This domain name registration was deleted.

9. digeronimo.com: This domain name registration was deleted.

10. kasparatisco.com: This domain name registration was deleted.

11. nsi-direct.com: The registrant has updated their domain name registration record.

12. city-guide.com: The registrant has updated their domain name registration record.

13. aboutsrichinmoy.com: The registrant has updated their domain name registration record.

14. stepup.net: This domain name registration was deleted.

15. animerica.com: The registrant has updated their domain name registration record.

16. japanh.com: The registrant has updated their domain name registration record.

17. namezero.com: The registrant has updated their domain name registration record.

As you know, it takes 5 days for the domain name registrations to be deleted from the registry database. Until that time lapses, there will be a "Domain not found locally, but Registry points back to the local DB" message on the Registrar's WhoIs results for those registrations that have been deleted.

As noted above, the registration account information for each of the 17 domain name registrations referenced in your September 3, 2002 letter has now been addressed, and either the account information has been updated by the registrant, or the domain name registration has been deleted. As I mentioned in our prior letter to you, beginning September 16, 2002, we have a more streamlined process for third parties to report inaccurate WhoIs information to us. Please have your staff or the third parties directly submit reports of inaccurate information to the email address <[omitted]>. The team that handles these issues will monitor the emails received and address these reports in an expeditious manner.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours truly,

W. G. Champion Mitchell
Executive Vice President and General Manager
Mass Markets Division
