Amendment No. 2 to Registry Agreement

Amendment No. 2 effective as of 29 June 2004 ("Amendment") to the Registry Agreement dated 2 December 2002 ("Agreement"), by and between the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a not-for-profit California corporation ("ICANN"), and Public Interest Registry, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation ("Registry Operator"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have that meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.

Whereas, at the 29 June 2004 meeting of the ICANN Board of Directors, the Board of Directors approved certain revisions to the Agreement.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual agreements contained herein and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties hereto amend the Agreement as follows:

  • Appendix C.11.11 to the Agreement is hereby deleted in entirety and replaced with the attachment to this amendment.

Except as expressly amended hereby, the Agreement and the Appendices thereto shall remain and continue in full force and effect. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

The parties have duly executed this Amendment as of the date first written above.
