Proposed Unsponsored TLD Agreement: Appendix G (.name)
This schedule specifies the maximum price GNR may charge for Registry Services under the Registry-Registrar Agreement. In a manner consistent with Section 3.4.3 of the Registry Agreement, GNR may charge a lower-than-specified rate for services, including not charging for a specified service. GNR shall not be entitled to charge for any Registry Service not specified in this Appendix G. 1. Maximum Domain Name Initial Registration Fee GNR may charge the maximum fee per year at the time of registration for each Domain Name registered (the "Initial Registration Fee") in the Registry TLD or for each deferred domain name registration, during the Term of the Registry Agreement as provided in the table below:
The ICANN-Accredited Registrar sponsoring the domain name shall pay the Initial Registration Fee in full at the time of registration. 2. Maximum Domain-Name Renewal Fee GNR may charge the maximum fee per year at the time of registration for each domain name registration renewal (the "Renewal Fee") in the Registry TLD during the Term of the Registry Agreement as provided below:
The ICANN-Accredited Registrar sponsoring the domain name shall pay the Renewal Fee in full at the time of renewal. 3. Maximum Cooperative Marketing Fund Share per Domain This service is described in detail in Appendix J to the Registry Agreement. The maximum additional contribution to the Cooperative Marketing Fund per domain name sold is as follows:

Fees for Transfers of Sponsorship of Domain-Name Registrations During the Term of the Registry Agreement, where the sponsorship of a domain name is transferred from one ICANN-Accredited Registrar to another ICANN-Accredited Registrar, GNR may require the Registrar receiving the sponsorship to request a renewal of one year for the name. In connection with that extension, GNR may charge a Renewal Fee for the requested extension as provided in item 2 above. The transfer shall result in an extension according to the renewal request, subject to a ten-year maximum on the future term of any domain-name registration. The ICANN-Accredited Registrar receiving sponsorship of the domain name shall pay the Renewal Fee in full at the time of the transfer. For a bulk transfer approved by ICANN under Part B of Exhibit D to the Registry-Registrar Agreement, Registry Operator may charge the gaining registrar US $0 (for transfers of 50,000 names or fewer) or US $50,000 (for transfers of more than 50,000 names). 5. Maximum Fee for Intellectual Property NameWatch Service GNR will provide an Intellectual Property NameWatch service as described in Appendix J. This service shall be made available on a fee basis with maximum fees as follows:

7. Maximum Fee for Intellectual Property Defensive Registrations This service is described in Appendix J to the Registry Agreement. The maximum fee charged will be as follows:

Multilingual/International Domain Name Registrations During the Term of the Registry Agreement, GNR contemplates the introduction of Multilingual Domain Name Registrations, offered through ICANN-Accredited Registrars. The charge for this service will be negotiated with ICANN. The Initial Registration Fee and Renewal Fee are subject to adjustment according to the terms of Sections 3.14.4 and 4.4 of the Registry Agreement.
