Names Registered to Sponsor

Subsection 3.9 of the TLD Sponsorship Agreement allows the Sponsor to register a limited number of domain names for its own use directly with the Registry Operator. The total number of domain names listed on this Attachment shall not exceed 1000. At the conclusion of its designation by ICANN as the sponsor for the Sponsored TLD, the Sponsor shall transfer all the domain names listed in Part A of this Attachment to an entity or person designated by ICANN. The Sponsor may retain the domain names listed in Part B of this Attachment upon the conclusion of its status as the sponsor of the Sponsored TLD, subject to any registration policies applicable in the Sponsored TLD.

If the corporate identity of Sponsor (DCLLC) is changed, Attachment 13 will be amended to incorporate second level domain variations on the new identity.
