Names Registered to Sponsor

Subsection 3.9 of the TLD Sponsorship Agreement allows the Sponsor to register directly with the Registry Operator a limited number of domain names for its own use. SITA intends to manage directly those domain names in accordance with its domain management policies.

The total number of domain names listed on this Attachment shall not exceed 1000 at any given time.

At the conclusion of its designation by ICANN as the sponsor for the .aero TLD, SITA shall transfer the management of all the domain names then listed in Part A of this Attachment to an entity or person designated by ICANN.

SITA may retain the domain names listed in Part B of this Attachment upon the conclusion of its status as the sponsor of the .aero TLD.

Note: for clarity reasons, all the names listed hereafter are written without the ".aero" suffix.
