One & Two-Character Names in dot-travel

Explanation: Tralliance has proposed allocation of one and two-character second-level domain names in Dot-travel through the Registry Services Evaluation Process, and is seeking an amendment to proceed with an allocation program. The amendments provide for changes to Appendix 6, Schedule of Reserved Names, and a new Section 9 in Appendix 7, Functional Specifications.
