Public Comment is a vital part of our multistakeholder model. It provides a mechanism for stakeholders to have their opinions and recommendations formally and publicly documented. It is an opportunity for the ICANN community to effect change and improve policies and operations.

The gTLD Registries Stakeholder Group (RySG) welcomes the opportunity to comment on the Latin Script Diacritics PDP Initial Report. We see no particular issues and support the Initial Report as presented.
The RySG greatly appreciates the alignment and consistency of the Latin Script Diacritics PDP with IDN EPDP work products and, operationally, we encourage the PDP Working Group to maintain this consistency as it reviews Public Comments and produces its Final Report.
