I recommend to further specify government entities to be invited to increase diversity of perspectives on DNS stability and security (as listed in 3.1.1. of the Draft Latin America and Caribbean / LAC Regional Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2026–2030) such as: public services regulators of ISPs, personal data protection authorities, and other entities related to providing Internet services.
