There have some gaps remain in this draft. This would help ICANN and stakeholders allocate resources more efficiently. Additionally, the guidelines rely heavily on voluntary adoption; stronger consideration could be given to policy levers, incentives, or compliance mechanisms especially within public procurement and DNS industry practices to accelerate uptake. Moreover, explicit attention to regional disparities and support for developing countries would strengthen inclusivity goals, particularly in capacity-building efforts.
