Submission Summary:

In May 2023, ICANN published the Proposed Bylaws Amendments and Documents to Implement the second Nominating Committee Review (NomCom2 Review). 

We welcome ICANN’s decision to release the document in its entirety, in line with Workstream 2 Recommendations on ICANN Transparency.  

We welcome the recommendations in the proposed Ammendments in their entirety and urge that there should be no further amendment.

The Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG) welcomes the opportunity to provide feedback regarding the NomCom2 Review. The RrSG is generally supportive of most of the recommendations, with some registrars raising concern regarding "unaffiliated" directors as detailed in the comment.
