The following is a summary of discussions, actions taken and actions identified:

1. Minutes of the Prior Meeting – The BGRC approved the minutes of its 11 September 2012 meeting.
   
2. GAC High Level Meeting – The BGRC discussed the GAC High Level Meeting, including the numbers and geographic areas of High Level Meeting attendees and the way in which the meeting is structured.
   
3. Toronto Internationalization Session – Staff presented a briefing on the nature and format of the globalization session in Toronto. The BGRC discussed how the discussion might evolve and the responses to the various questions on the table.
   
4. WCIT – Staff provided a report on the status of plans for the WCIT and those activities in which ICANN is interested.
