.observer Registry Agreement
On 30 April 2015, ICANN and Guardian News and Media Limited, entered into a Registry Agreement under which Guardian News and Media Limited, operated the .observer top-level domain. Effective 04 July 2016, the Registry Agreement was assigned by Guardian News and Media Limited to Top Level Spectrum, Inc., which now operates the .observer top-level domain.
