Brief Overview:
  • The ccNSO Council initiated the third ccNSO Policy Development Process (PDP) at its meeting in Copenhagen during ICANN58. As part of the launching process feed-back, comment and input is sought on the issues as defined in the Issues Report.
  • After closure of the public comment period the input received will be collated by the ccNSO PDP Issue Manager in a Comments Report which will then be provided to the ccNSO PDP Working Group (WG) on the retirement of ccTLDs and – later – to the ccNSO PDP WG to develop a review mechanism pertaining to delegation, transfer, revocation and retirement decisions.
