Thank you for the update regarding the changes in MSR-6.
However, I would like to state that I do not agree with the proposed inclusion of the code point 0B55 ORIYA SIGN OVERLINE in the Oriya script repertoire of the MSR.
From a script and security standpoint, the inclusion of this code point raises concerns due to the following reasons:
1 - Visual Ambiguity and Spoofing Risk: The OVERLINE sign may create visually resemble diacritics or punctuation marks, potentially leading to user confusion.
2 - Uncommon Usage: The character has no usage and is not required in standard contemporary Oriya orthography. Including such rarely used characters increases the surface area for misuse without substantial benefit to legitimate users.
For these reasons, I do not support the addition of 0B55 ORIYA SIGN OVERLINE to the MSR.
