It contains the full comments of the Internet Infrastructure Coalition (i2Coalition) regarding the May 2025 Draft ICANN Community Participant Code of Conduct Concerning Statements of Interest. The Internet Infrastructure Coalition (i2Coalition) supports the May 2025 Draft ICANN Community Participant Code of Conduct Concerning Statements of Interest and commends its progress in improving transparency and ethical standards across ICANN’s multistakeholder community. The i2Coalition particularly endorses the clearer SOI thresholds, sensitivity to confidentiality concerns, and the addition of an enforcement framework. Recommendations include providing training for community chairs, creating centralized SOI tools, and offering ongoing education and periodic reviews. These improvements will strengthen participation integrity and reinforce trust in ICANN’s processes.
