 The Network Information Center .ukgbni.com ( NIC UKGBNI) of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UKGBNI), hereby submits its opinion to the ICANN community:


For the sake of the Registries Stakeholder Group (RySG) and the Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG), we publish the creation of mechanisms for easy user access to the domain registration database.


- Care must be taken about which data should be collected and exposed;


- Analyze the data protection laws of several countries such as Brazil, the European Union, Argentina and the United Kingdom;


- Promote periodic research on the effectiveness of the WHOIS and RDAP protocols;


- Improve the DAAR extension project for registrars, since the project has some problems and persistent errors in its structure.
