in June 2008, I will have the pleasure of acting as the Chairman of the 7th Forum, which will be held in Victoria, British Columbia. I look forward to working with the local host committee, which includes learners and faculty at Royal Roads University (www.royalroads.ca), and others. The moderator for the Forum will be Mr. Bill Knight, former Commissioner of the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada.
