Summary of Submission

The scope of the Policy Development Process to allow domain names with scripts (Latin Script diacritics or base ASCII script) will be the revolutionary of the Internet but we should take into consideration the user's online safety. Not all users are technical and user-friendly on the internet. Similar-looking domain names will make it harder for user to distinguish between authentic and malicious sites, create end-users confusion, mislead them to compromise sites with just a slight difference in the script which might make user to go unnoticed and make them a victim. It is indeed very important to take into consideration the security, the hardening and the importance of identifying legitimate domain names.
