Are you providing input on behalf of a group (e.g., ICANN community group, organization, company, government)?
Yes

If yes, please explain.

I am currently on the Board of PointQuebec (DotQuebec). The organisation wants to provide input on some issues that were not raised in this Phase 1 initial report. 1- Some issues are related to GeoTLDS which were part of the 2012 round. 2- Other topics are related to new GeoTLDs applicants in the next round.

Summary of Attachment

The attachment is in lieu of completing this form. The issues raised refers to situations that actual GeoTLDs and potential newcomers in the next round to come. We suggest some of the solutions that ICANN could analyse to solve some of the issues that we raise in the document.
