Submission Summary:

It is imperative that ICANN must take action to address concerns regarding the RZERC's ability to fulfill its important role in the Internet governance ecosystem. To do this, ICANN could provide additional staff and funding, access to necessary information from various sources (however, this must be defined), and support from ICANN staff. Above are my proposed solutions.
