On 13 August at 23.59 UTC, the voting on the IDN ccPDP ccNSO Council Recommendation closed.
At closure 71 votes were received out of 138 eligible votes (51%).
Out of these 71 votes, 65 votes were in favor of the Council Recommendation (91 %), 2 against, and 4 abstentions.
As a result, and in accordance with section 13 of the ccPDP rules (Annex B of the ICANN Bylaws), the Recommendation has been adopted by the members and will be conveyed to the Board as a ccNSO Recommendation.

Please, note that due to technical reasons one vote was not registered in this system. It was submitted and counted by email vote. Two votes cast were duplicates. In this case, only the last vote was counted.
