ICANN filed its Form 990 for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2012 with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on 14 May 2013 in compliance with the extended due date of 15 May 2013. The Form 990 is the United States return for organizations exempt from income taxes under section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. ICANN continues to provide accountability and transparency regarding its financial results and the filed Form 990 is available on the "Financial Information for ICANN" page of the ICANN.org site and is also included in this announcement.
