Amendment 2

In accordance with Article 11.5 Amendments of the Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CN-1634) between the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the Agreement is hereby amended as follows:

In Appendix A, Item 6 - Proposed Duration and Schedule for the CRADA, as amended by Amendment 1: extend the duration of the CRADA for nine (9) months by amending the proposed completion/concluding report date and the proposed main report date as follows:

"Proposed completion/concluding report: June 30, 2002
Proposed main report: December 31, 2001."
