Public Comment is a vital part of our multistakeholder model. It provides a mechanism for stakeholders to have their opinions and recommendations formally and publicly documented. It is an opportunity for the ICANN community to effect change and improve policies and operations.

The Registries Stakeholder Group (RySG) appreciates the opportunity to comment and supports the Process to Review gTLD IDN Tables Without Reference Label Generation Rules. This proposed process was a collaborative effort between the RySG and ICANN org staff. From a RySG perspective we looked at balancing these business and technical goals:
• Continue supporting deployment of IDNs at the second level.
• Maintain uniformity of IDN table review processes.
