I am submitting this comment to voice my full support for the proposed Second-Level Reference LGRs for the Javanese script.
From a user perspective, security and stability are just as important as cultural representation. Javanese characters can look quite similar to one another or to characters in other scripts, which naturally raises concerns about homograph attacks and confusion online. I really appreciate how thoroughly this LGR addresses those security risks while respecting the complex grammar of the script.
Implementing these rules will give millions of potential users the confidence to navigate the web using their native script without sacrificing internet safety. I highly urge the committee to adopt these rules.
