I am writing to strongly advocate for the adoption of the proposed Second-Level Reference LGRs for the Javanese script. Digital infrastructure must prioritize defense against look-alike character spoofing. Because Javanese orthography features numerous characters that closely mimic other scripts or internal glyphs, it presents a high-risk surface for homograph exploits. This specific LGR handles these technical vulnerabilities remarkably well without disrupting the script's core linguistic syntax. Approving these measures protects millions of future web users from security breaches, making it a vital safety update that the committee should implement immediately.
