Amendment No. 2 to the .NET Registry Agreement

ICANN and VeriSign, Inc. agree that Appendix 2 of the 29 June 2005 .NET Registry Agreement is amended as indicated in the attached Exhibit.

The parties have duly executed this Amendment as of 8 July 2009.
