The gTLD Registries Stakeholder Group (RySG) appreciates the opportunity to provide feedback on the Updated ICANN Community Participant Code of Conduct Concerning SOIs (the “Code of Conduct”). The RySG appreciates the work done by ICANN staff to add additional clarity to this updated draft of the Code of Conduct, particularly regarding what interests must be disclosed and when. The RySG supports the updated Code of Conduct as drafted and strongly encourages ICANN to expedite the finalization and implementation of the Code of Conduct prior to ICANN 84.
