Public Comment is a vital part of our multistakeholder model. It provides a mechanism for stakeholders to have their opinions and recommendations formally and publicly documented. It is an opportunity for the ICANN community to effect change and improve policies and operations.

En tant que membre de la communauté ICANN, membre fondateur du Chapitre ISOC Haïti et citoyenne haïtienne, j’exprime mon soutien enthousiaste au Processus d'Élaboration de Politiques (PDP) proposé pour les diacritiques en script latin.
Cette initiative aura un impact important Haïti et la communauté francophone, car elle permettra une représentation plus authentique de notre identité linguistique et culturelle dans l'espace numérique. Il s’agit d’une étape essentielle vers un Internet inclusif et représentatif conformément au principe de l’Acceptation Universelle soutenu par ISOC Haïti garantissant l'accès et l'interaction des utilisateurs avec Internet dans leur langue native.
La mise en œuvre de ce PDP répondra au besoin d'inclusivité et d'égalité dans l'espace numérique, améliorant la représentation de notre identité culturelle en ligne et facilitant l'accès à l'information aux communautés marginalisées dans leur langue première.
Ce PDP représente une étape importante vers un Internet multilingue et inclusif reflétant la richesse et la diversité des cultures des parties prenantes de la communauté ICANN et du monde entier.

As a member of the ICANN community, founding member of the ISOC Haïti Chapter, and Haitian citizen, I enthusiastically support the proposed Policy Development Process (PDP) for diacritics in Latin script.
This initiative will significantly impact Haïti and the Francophone community, allowing for a more authentic representation of our linguistic and cultural identity in the digital space. This is an essential step towards an inclusive and representative Internet under the principle of Universal Acceptance supported by ISOC Haiti, ensuring users' access to and interaction with the Internet in their native language.
Implementing this PDP will address the need for inclusivity and equality in the digital space, improve the representation of our cultural identity online, and facilitate access to information for marginalized communities in their primary language.
This PDP represents an important step towards a multilingual and inclusive Internet reflecting the richness and diversity of cultures of ICANN’s stakeholders and the world at large.
