Public Comment

Public Comment is a vital part of our multistakeholder model. It provides a mechanism for stakeholders to have their opinions and recommendations formally and publicly documented. It is an opportunity for the ICANN community to effect change and improve policies and operations.

Interim Paper Inclusion of IDN ccTLDs in the ccNSO

Explanation/Background:The IDN ccPDP Working Group 2 seeks input from the community on its work to date, on developing recommendations for the inclusion of IDN country code Top Level Domain managers in the country code Names Supporting Organization. The Interim Report of the working group can be found here: IDN PDP WG 2 Final Interim Report [PDF, 132 KB]

To date the WG has identified the clusters of issues/topics and potential solutions At this stage the WG seeks your comments and inputs on the following:

  • Are all topics and issues identified? If not, which topics should be included?
  • Should other alternatives be added to resolve an issue identified?
  • What is preferred solution, if any?
