Summary of Submission

The strategic plan is generally well-focused and broad enough to allow flexibility in its implementation. However, I strongly recommend incorporating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in areas where outcome reporting may be challenging. Without clear metrics, it will be difficult to determine whether specific strategic goals have been achieved, which in turn limits the ability to refine or improve the strategy over time.

Including KPIs not only supports continuous improvement, but also helps avoid repeating ineffective approaches unknowingly. Moreover, it strengthens the credibility of future reports—demonstrating that actions were based on measurable progress rather than vague or subjective outcomes.
