In May 2023, ICANN published the Proposed Bylaws Amendments and Documents to Implement the second Nominating Committee Review (NomCom2 Review).

We welcome ICANN’s decision to release the document in its entirety, in line with Workstream 2 Recommendations on ICANN Transparency.

We welcome the recommendations in the proposed Ammendments in their entirety and urge that there should be no further amendment.
