We think it is great that Inuktut speakers and writers will be able to register web domain names in Inuktut syllabics writing instead of being limited to Roman orthography.

NOTE: Your proposal document contains a typo: Aivilingmiutut (ᐊᐃᕕᖕᒥᐅᑐᑦ) the ᓗ (lu) should be a ᓕ (li)

Also I don't understand why chi-chu-cha in Nattilingmiutut is represented as thi-tho-tha -- lines 107-112, or why lines 99-106 are "f" instead of the actual phoneme for ᕕ ᕗ ᕙ ᕝ -- perhaps immaterial because the syllabics are the focus?

Summary of Submission

A wonderful development for Inuktut syllabics users to be able to register their domains in Inuktut syllabics and not be limited to Roman orthography. The visual presentation of syllabics in web domains strengthens community use of syllabics while it also preserves linguistic diversity. A very commendable effort on the part of all developers involved.
