I am submitting this comment to voice my full support for the proposed Second-Level Reference LGRs for the Javanese script.
From a user perpective, security and stability are just as important as cultural representation. Javanese characters can look quite similiar to one another or to charakters in other scripts, which naturally raises concern about homograph attacks and confusion online. I really appriciete how thoroughly this LGR addresses those security risk while respecting the complex grammar of the script.
Implementing these rules will give milions of potential user the confidence to navigate the web using their native script without sacrificing internet safety. I highly urge the committee to adopt these rules
